Erectile dysfunction and the increased frequency of heart attacks

Erectile dysfunction has been one of the major conditions which are affecting many men around the world. For some reasons that are put forward by many researchers around the world, the erectile dysfunction has been considered to be one of the major factors which is present for the induction of heart attacks in the later life. Proposed by Professor Mike Kirby who is working in University of Hertfordshire, the condition of erectile dysfunction has been one of the major underlying pathology which may cause heart attacks in some men.

The clinical trial that has been done on the population through the internet, there are more than 35% of men in the age group of 28-70 years, who have suffered from any form of heart attacks and they are also suffering from the erectile dysfunction. There are many underlying causes that were put forward by many researchers; however, with the use of certain intellect and the consultation with the other professors, the major cause for this was attributed to the causes which are responsible for heart attacks and erectile dysfunction alike. Hence, the consequence for this study was the increased use of lipid lowering drugs along with the combination of statin which are attributed to the decreasing of heart attacks.

The results of these researches were concluded from the fact that the cohort was maintained for the people who are having the risk factors for both the erectile dysfunction and heart conditions. Among these include the use of increased lipid diet, smoking, salt intake etc. hence, with the number of men who are giving the feedback, the results were maintained with the highest percentile of 89% and hence, this study is 11% biased. Men who are having the heart attacks in the later years are mostly reporting to have the erectile dysfunction which started 3 years before.
On the other hand, when these men were asked about the use of the medications like Viagra, which are being used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the results showed were not good. Most men who are using these drugs are experiencing some side effects including hypotension and in this way, this was also the major predisposing factor for the hearth attacks. Therefore, these men who suffered from heart attacks have undergone the treatment for the lipid lowering medications along with the use of statin which shows marked improvement in heart conditions including the combination with the erectile dysfunction medications.
